Updates!
Welcome to the last week of fourth grade! It has been a wonderful year, and I have enjoyed teaching and learning with each and every child in our class this year. I can't believe it is coming to an end. This week we are going to be cleaning up, and getting ready for fifth grade. We are going to have a lot of fun activities to say good-bye to our fourth grade year as well.
Today's fun activity is Tug-of-war tournament with fourth and fifth grade. We will also be performing our plays for our buddies and 3rd grade. 3rd grade worked hard on writing their own fractured fairy tales, so they are thrilled to come see ours.
Wednesday and Thursday's fun activities are 5-way switches. Each teacher in fourth grade has planned fun activities for the students, and we will rotate through them.
Friday's fun activity is Fly Up Day. Students will get to fly-up to fifth grade and learn about all of the fun, and all of the expectations of fifth grade. Friday is a 1/2 day with an 11:50 dismissal. We will also have our Awards Assembly on Friday.
